Football Player Welsh Athlete Ramsey Boosts Reward for Lost Pet in Mexico to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Wales athlete Ramsey has raised the bounty for leads about the missing dog named Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, mentioned that the beagle was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato area.
the dog, who disappeared on October 9th, was had on a GPS collar, and the footballer posted a Google maps location of her last known location.
"Any sort of information about our Halo kindly contact us. Big bounty for reuniting with her. We are all praying she is unharmed and can be back to our family soon," Ramsey shared on social media.
Earlier Bounty and Heartfelt Appeals
The footballer first revealed that Halo had vanished a fortnight back and has since shared multiple photos of the beloved dog on Instagram.
A $$10k incentive was originally announced, but with no news on Halo's status after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones raised the amount.
"Our only wish is our pet returned," he expressed in a further appeal on his online platforms after the decade-old pet was lost.
The most recent photograph upload is a grayscale image of the beagle napping, her head resting in the bend of Ramsey's elbow, with the caption: "What I'd do to embrace you once more sweet Halo."
Family's Worries and Context
The footballer has additionally shared a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on online channels indicating they have a few "pressing queries" about the event and fear the household "might not receive answers".
"To this day we are still searching for Halo. I fear we will ever," the spouse's post read.
The Welsh skipper joined Mexico's first division team Pumas UNAM in recent months and had his first appearance in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
